| A home environment for adults with traumatic or acquired brain injury |
Welcome to THE BELDEN HOUSE,
A licensed, long-term, caring, residential home exclusively serving adults with brain injury. While dedicated to providing
a home-like environment, and an experience that nurtures the whole individual, the Belden House also has a solid connection
with the surrounding community. This allows our residents to experience employment, volunteering, attending the nearby junior
college, as well as many other community events and activities. Our residents also benefit from a strong support system of
doctors and professionals, who work together with us to meet their medical, emotional, and rehabilitative needs.

BELDEN HOUSE IS ABOUT
COMMITMENT, VISION, VALUES, and FAITH
COMMITMENT
At Belden House we are committed to our residents, helping them to find the highest degree of personal growth and satisfaction
by realizing and maximizing their potential, in a safe and nurturing environment.
VISION
We believe, at Belden House, that the individual with brain injury can find new levels of satisfaction and productivity.
As a long-term, residential home, we work toward assisting our residents in discovering more and more about the new person
that they have become, while encouraging them to rediscover as much of their former self as they are able. This is an ongoing,
life journey.
VALUES
Each resident at Belden House is a highly valued individual, with inherent worth, who is entitled to live a life of dignity
and self-respect.
FAITH
At Belden House we support and encourage our residents to strengthen and to nurture their spirit. It is our belief that
wholeness involves the physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual self.
